InVision is Father Figure's program for youth and young adults who grow through shared adventure. Over six months, participants travel, take on new sports, and share unforgettable experiences side by side. It's mentorship in motion — real confidence, real friendships, and real memories, built out in the world instead of a classroom. 6-month program · trips & activities throughout. Youth · under 18, with a parent or guardian's consent. Young Adults · ages 18 and up.

InVision isn't a classroom program. For six months, youth and young adults journey to new places and take on new pursuits as a group, with Father Figure mentors alongside — experiencing things many participants have never had the chance to try, and building confidence, discipline, and friendships along the way. Every journey is aimed at three foundations the program builds in each participant: character, financial literacy, and workforce readiness.

01 Character Development — Integrity, discipline, and self-respect — the inner foundation everything else in life stands on.

02 Financial Literacy — The knowledge to earn, keep, and grow money wisely — habits formed young that last a lifetime.

03 Workforce Development — Presence, professionalism, and a clear path forward into the world of work.
