Featured Initiative
Fairway to the Future
Fairway to the Future is Father Figure’s signature community event that introduces individuals impacted by the justice system to the game of golf as a vehicle for personal growth.
Golf teaches many of the same qualities required to build a meaningful life—discipline, patience, integrity, focus, resilience, and accountability. Through this experience, participants connect with mentors, professionals, and community leaders while gaining practical life skills and expanding their network.
The goal is simple: create spaces where people can rebuild confidence, develop character, and see new possibilities for their future.
